Before founding Social Sector Consulting she was the General Manager for Australian’s largest Local Area Coordination program, where she led the establishment and growth of a workforce of over 500 diverse and engaged staff.
Known for a unique blend of strategic insight and compassionate leadership, she has consistently driven organisational growth while fostering diverse, inclusive, high-performing teams.
She holds membership with the International Coaching Federation.

With two decades of dedicated experience in leading people and programs within the not-for-profit sector, with a specialisation in aged care, carer services, and the disability sector, she is dedicated to keeping people and purpose at the core.
