For many NDIS providers, the pressure of reform has become constant as new expectations arrive before the last have properly settled. The latest reforms to integrity and safeguarding sharpen expectations in several areas, including registration and service scope, evidence readiness, claims governance and ‘speak-up’ culture. These land at a time when government indicates a forthcoming ‘crack-down’ on unregistered providers.
