Before founding Social Sector Consulting she was the General Manager for Australian’s largest NDIS Local Area Coordination program, where she led the establishment and growth of a workforce of over 500 diverse and engaged staff.

Known for a unique blend of strategic insight and compassionate leadership, Jocelyn has consistently driven organisational growth while fostering diverse, inclusive, high-performing teams. She has the unique ability to blend a thorough understanding the detail with a strategic perspective. She holds membership with the International Coaching Federation.

Known for her multifaceted approach, Natalie fosters innovation, collaboration and growth through positive transformation for individuals and businesses alike.

As a skilled and certified change management practitioner, Natalie has successfully supported organisations of various sizes and diverse workforces to embed positive cultural change and improve performance. She is known for her ability to combine a people-centred approach with long-term organisational strategy.

With two decades of dedicated experience in leading people and programs within the not-for-profit sector, with a specialisation in aged care, carer services, NDIS and the disability sector, she is dedicated to keeping people and purpose at the core.

Head of Operations and Growth & Principal Consultant

A public purpose strategist and trusted advisor with over 20 years’ experience leading across government, health and the not-for-profit sector, including at CEO level, Andrew supports leaders to strengthen strategy, lift capability and embed change, especially in complex and high-accountability environments. He draws on diverse experience ranging from service codesign at regional levels through to whole of enterprise growth strategy.

Andrew leads SSC’s operations and supports our clients with strategy and development that is attuned to market foresight and the long-term policy landscape. He is known for his strategic mindset, calm structure, and strong judgement, and brings an evidence-based lens and deep expertise in organisational capability to our clients as well as our overall practice.

He holds a Bachelor of Psychology (Hons I) and a Graduate Certificate in Governance and Public Policy. He is also completing a PhD in public leadership, power and systems.

Quality and Compliance Lead

With more than 20 years' experience across the NDIS, aged care, insurance and community services sectors, Peter helps purpose-driven organisations strengthen governance, quality systems and compliance through practical, sustainable solutions.

As SSC's Quality and Compliance Lead, Peter partners with organisations to strengthen quality, governance and compliance by embedding practical assurance frameworks into everyday systems and processes. His approach helps organisations not only achieve compliance but also build capability, improve consistency and deliver better outcomes for the communities they serve.

Peter draws on extensive experience in quality assurance, organisational change, governance, business improvement, contract compliance and performance management. He is known for combining strategic thinking with a hands-on approach to deliver practical solutions that make a lasting difference.
