In this first in a series of articles for NDIS providers, we explore what quality is really about. With NDIS reforms, such as mandatory registration, continuing to increase quality and safeguarding expectations, this capability is becoming increasingly important for providers. Conversations about quality often begin with compliance. Standards, Audits, policies, regulations and reporting requirements are the mechanisms organisations are most familiar with, and often the things that receive the greatest attention. Yet they are not the reason quality matters.
