Workshop for Teams
Gladstone - 25 March 2026
Strategic Planning in Your Town
Part of our Regional Futures Workshop Series
A one-day workshop for purpose-driven organisations and teams
Regional organisations lead complex work - often with limited access to affordable, high-quality strategic support. Strategic Planning in Your Town brings our expert facilitation to your region. It’s practical, collaborative, and built for the realities of the social and public purpose sectors. Join us and achieve renewed direction, shared alignment, and a clear plan for what comes next.
Work with your team
Each participating organisation works with their own team (four to five attendees) throughout the day, guided by our facilitators, to develop a strategy tailored to their unique goals.
This unique team-based workshop brings exceptional value to both your organisation and the region by providing the quality and focus of a bespoke workshop, delivered with economy of scale.

About our Facilitators
Jocelyn Wills and Natalie Polkinghorne
Managing Directors, Social Sector Consulting
With over 38 years of combined leadership across Disability, Aged Care, Youth, and Carer services, and 15 years working side-by-side, Jocelyn and Natalie know what it takes to drive meaningful, long-term, sustainable change.
They understand the pressures senior leaders face balancing compliance, workforce challenges, service quality, and funding, because we’ve lived it. Their goal is to bring clarity, capability, and confidence to leadership teams, so organisations can not only adapt, but thrive through change. It all begins with an idea. Maybe you want to launch a business. Maybe you want to turn a hobby into something more. Or maybe you have a creative project to share with the world.
